The program organizers arranged local transportation throughout the visits. This meant transportation by bus from site to site and between cities.

Participants were responsible for their transportation airport - hotel - airport.

Participants arrived to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) on Saturday, April 9, and departed the late evening on Saturday, April 16, or early morning on Sunday, April 17, from San Diego International Airport (SAN) or the Tijuana International Airport (alternative option).

Business or business casual, depending on the site visits scheduled for the day.

San Diego, CA – San Diego, California ranged from 68 degrees to 73 degrees Fahrenheit (20 to 22 degrees Celsius). It was  mostly sunny.
